Founded in 2005 as a small consultancy to the Oil & Gas industry HCE over the last decade has expanded to provide a wide range of civil and structural services.
Our personnel are able to deliver the most challenging projects due to their wealth of engineering consultancy and design experience. HCE Ltd has an excellent reputation for project delivery and quality.
