HCE HAS BEEN PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY SINCE ITS INCEPTION IN 2005. OUR TEAM USES THE LATEST ANALYSIS AND DESIGN SOFTWARE TO ENSURE SAFE, EFFICIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE DESIGN.
We have been employed by PSN, Conocophillips and Royal Dutch Shell PLC as consultants on a number of projects to provide design expertise for brownfield modifications, new greenfield developments and decommissioning. HCE’s staff have also been appointed as structural technical authority on a number of large complex projects.
