HCE are pleased to confirm that we’ve been appointed to provide Civil & Structural Detailed Design for a new three storey 12 apartment development in mumbles adjacent to underhill park.
The development will include SUDS drainage in particular rainwater harvesting technology utilising just over 50% of the annual rainfall and a green living wall on the entire west elevation providing an attractive aesthetic feature whilst improving water quality and biodiversity on site.
The structure comprises a steel frame with precast concrete floors at ground and first floor with loadbearing timber frame and cut roof at second floor level. Undercroft car parking is provided at lower ground floor.
