HCE are delighted to be involved in this fantastic residential project in Langland, where the client bought the existing property and wished to replace it with a new build.
Working alongside Huw Griffiths Architects and Newton Barnes Joinery & Construction Ltd, HCE Ltd provided full Civil & Structural design. As well as this, we designed the drainage scheme with many SuDS features including a rainwater garden and a green roof on the garage, carried out an infiltration test on site, and supervised a CCTV survey for the drainage.
The client proposal posed a challenging design including a large floating balcony and cantilevering load bearing walls, which was successfully designed by the team at HCE Ltd and is currently under construction.
