Anwen Howells - Director
Anwen is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as well as being a qualified Project Manager and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She has over 30 years industry experience in a variety of organisations, many at managerial level, including Senior Manager roles in Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. She has a wide range of experience in operational efficiency, change management, debt management, restructuring and managing teams and their development. In her spare time, she enjoys the beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire, scuba diving, walking and supporting the Swans!
